Jamshedpur FC is in talks with multiple players across ISL- Indian Super League and I-League as Football Monk can exclusively confirm. The Owen Coyle managed side has currently shown interest in defenders Wayne Vaz, PC Laldinpuia, and Jestin George as sources confirm.

The Story

2020-21 was a roller-coaster ride of a season for Jamshedpur FC. As they lacked consistency throughout the season. Even when they were winning, their defense looked alarmingly fumbled. So, it was quite obvious that the Red Miners would look for new recruits in the defending group.

Who are the targets?

23-year-old Justin George is lastly played for recent I-League champions Gokulam Kerala FC. George has managed to get only 10 appearances for the Southern side since his arrival in 2018. PC Laldinpuia joined Aizawl FC in 2020, acquiring 5 appearances for them till now. Of these three players, only Wayne Vaz has previous experience of playing in the ISL. He has featured for Northeast United FC in 2019. Previously he also was also a part of the FC Pune City squad.
